Who runs the service

SenTra is operated by ALDIS Petrosolutions LLP, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Company details are listed on the Contact page.

What we collect

Text and files you submit for translation, and the translated results.

Data you enter in the contact form: name, work email, company, topic and message.

Technical server logs: a hashed IP address, time, language pair, file size, page count, duration and status. Logs never contain the text of your documents or file names.

Why we use it

We use your text and files only to produce the translation you asked for. We use contact form data only to answer you. We use logs to keep the service secure and working, and to apply fair-use limits.

Where data is processed

Text and files are received by servers operated by ALDIS Petrosolutions. To produce the translation, the text is sent to the OpenAI API (OpenAI, USA), which processes it on our behalf. Under OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train OpenAI models and is kept by OpenAI only for a limited period for abuse monitoring. No other third-party AI, translation or OCR service is used, and we do not use your documents to train models.

For documents that must not leave your company, the on-premise edition of SenTra runs entirely on your own servers, without any external service.

How long we keep it

Uploaded files and translation results: deleted automatically 24 hours after upload, or immediately when you cancel the job.

Server logs: 30 days.

Contact form messages: up to 1 year.

Cookies

We set one cookie that remembers your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our visit statistics are cookie-free and are not collected on the translation page.

Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and its Protection you may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to the address below; we answer within the time the law requires.
